Meet Our Management
Mike is known for bridging high-level leadership with operational precision. He combines strategic vision with a deep, hands-on understanding of transactional data. As both an outside consultant and employee, he developed automated KPI dashboards and executed on process normalization opportunities, driving financial performance. With a rich manufacturing and public accounting background spanning roles as controller, FP&A, cost accounting, and consulting partner, Mike leads with curiosity, accountability, and a commitment to both people and data.

Ryan brings a blend of technical precision and entrepreneurial drive to his work. After earning his degree in Mathematics and Education from Augustana College, he began his career teaching high school math before transitioning into public accounting with a Northbrook-based CPA firm in 2001. There, he deepened his expertise in tax and accounting services while earning his Master’s in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and passing the CPA exam with distinction. In 2007, Ryan founded his own practice, building long-term relationships with businesses and individuals through personalized tax and advisory services. Over the years, he has supported clients across industries—from law and real estate to construction, non-profit, and venture capital—guided by a commitment to clarity, trust, and practical financial insight.
